These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and purchase of transfer services through the Urban Relax website.

By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking

Transfer services are booked online through our website by completing the reservation form and providing accurate passenger and trip details.

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation e-mail from Urban Relax.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Urban Relax cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and other supported payment cards.

Urban Relax does not store customers’ payment card information. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.

4. Service

Urban Relax provides private transfer services according to the reservation details confirmed at the time of booking.

The company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of the same or a higher category than the one booked if necessary due to operational reasons.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their reservation by contacting Urban Relax via e-mail or telephone.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
• If Urban Relax is unable to provide the booked service due to reasons within its control, the customer will receive a full refund.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• providing accurate booking information;
• being available at the agreed pickup location and time;
• treating the vehicle and driver with respect.

Urban Relax reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or unsafe passenger behavior.

7. Liability

Urban Relax will make every reasonable effort to provide the booked service on time. However, the company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform the service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, severe weather, accidents, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the booking of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.

9. Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in EUR (Euro).

The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained through the conversion of the price in EUR according to the current exchange rate of the card issuer.

As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the amount displayed on our website and the amount charged to your credit card account.
