Reservation Conditions

Reservations for transfer services can be made through our website by completing the online booking form.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of the booking confirmation sent by e-mail.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and trip information at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled by contacting Urban Relax via e-mail at [email protected].

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
• In the event that Urban Relax is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within its control, the customer will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
